Description

1. Product Overview

A Pipe Tee is a type of pipe fitting which is T-shaped having two outlets, at 90° to the connection to the main line. It is a short piece of pipe with a lateral outlet. Pipe Tees are used to connect pipelines with a pipe at a right angle with the line. Pipe Tees are widely used as pipe fittings for mixing or dividing fluid flow.

Straight Tee (Equal Tee)

A straight tee is manufactured with all three outlets being the same size. It is used in systems where the branch flow requires the same diameter as the main run.

Reducing Tee

A reducing tee is manufactured with the branch outlet smaller than the main run outlets. It allows for the connection of different pipe sizes while branching the flow.

5. Manufacturing Process Flow

Our pipe tees are produced using precise hot pushing, cold forming, and machining techniques to ensure uniform wall thickness and structural stability across the entire fitting.

Production Flow:
Raw Material Cutting → Heating → Forming (Hot Pushing / Cold Forming) → Heat Treatment → Calibration → End Beveling → Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) → Coating & Marking → Packing.
