5. Manufacturing Process
Our stainless seamless pipes are produced under rigorous quality control procedures. The manufacturing flow ensures immaculate internal structure and dimensional accuracy:
Raw Material → Cutting → Heating → Piercing → Sizing → Cooling → Straightening → Cutting → Pickling → Cold Drawing/Rolling → Degreasing → Annealing → Straightening → Cutting → Pickling & Passivation → Inspection (NDT/Hydro/Visual/Dimension) → Marking → Packaging → Delivery.

6. Packing & Delivery
To prevent mechanical damage and contamination during transit, our pipes are meticulously packaged. Small diameter pipes are securely bundled and wrapped with protective plastic layers. For optimal protection, especially for export, products are packed inside robust seaworthy wooden boxes or crates.
