Description
1. Product Overview
A Pipe Cap (also known as a plug, head, bulkhead, or blind flange) is a pipe fitting designed to cover the end of a pipe, effectively stopping the flow of fluids and sealing the pipeline system. They are generally welded to the pipe end or fitted onto an external thread.
We supply a wide range of steel pipe caps, manufactured in both seamless and welded forms, to accommodate various industrial demands. Our caps provide secure, leak-proof terminations for high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive pipeline applications.

5. Manufacturing Process Flow
We implement a strict sequence of manufacturing, forging, heat treatment, and precision machining to ensure all pipe caps meet or exceed international pressure and tolerance standards.
Raw Material Cutting → Heating → Forming (Hot Forging/Pressing) → Heat Treatment → Calibration → End Beveling/Machining → Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) → Coating & Marking → Packing.
