Description
Product Overview
Galvanized steel pipe is divided into cold galvanized pipe and hot-dip galvanized pipe. Hot-dip galvanized pipe involves a complex physical and chemical reaction between the molten metal and the iron matrix to form a corrosion-resistant zinc-iron alloy layer. This layer is integrated with the pure zinc layer and the steel tube matrix, resulting in strong corrosion resistance.
While cold galvanized pipes (electro-galvanized) are prohibited for use as water and gas pipes in many regions due to their thin zinc layer and poor corrosion resistance, our Hot-dip Galvanized pipes are widely used for their uniform coating, strong adhesion, and long service life.

Manufacturing Process
Our hot-dip galvanizing process follows a rigorous sequence to ensure quality:
Black Pipe → Inspection → Cleaning/Degreasing → Rinsing → Pickling (Acid Washing) → Rinsing → Fluxing → Drying → Hot-dip Galvanizing → Cooling → Passivation → Final Inspection → Marking → Packing.

Technical Workflow of the Hot-Dip Galvanizing Process
