Manufacturing Process
Our structural seamless pipes are manufactured through advanced hot rolling, cold drawing, and extrusion processes, ensuring high precision, excellent mechanical properties, and structural integrity suitable for heavy-duty construction and engineering projects.
Packing & Delivery Specifications
To ensure our products arrive in perfect condition, we employ strict, export-standard packaging protocols suitable for sea freight and long-distance transportation:
1. Bundled Package
- Each bundle consists of steel tubes with the identical batch number, steel grade, and specification.
- Standard bundle weight is maintained strictly under 50kg (Maximum weight cannot exceed 80kg unless specially requested).
- Lengths ≥ 6m: Tied with at least 8 strapping bands, distributed in a 3-2-3 grouping.
- Lengths < 6m: Tied with at least 5 knots, distributed in a 2-1-2 grouping.
- Lengths ≥ 3m: Tied with at least 3 bands, distributed in a 1-1-1 grouping.
2. Wooden Box Package
- Ideal for cold-rolled or cold-drawn seamless steel tubes and polished surfaces requiring maximum protection.
- Fitted with internal wooden slats, steel wire/hoops, polyethylene plugs, and polyethylene sheets to prevent moisture and mechanical damage.
- Outer Diameter ≥ 10mm: Maximum container weight limit is 50kg.
- Outer Diameter < 10mm: Maximum container weight limit is 30kg.
