• Anti-Galling Mechanical Structure: The conical-spherical contact between the gland and gland flange provides excellent self-alignment, completely avoiding stem scratching. The stem features precision-machined ACME threads with a burnished finish for ultra-smooth operation.
• Zero-Leakage Hardened Seating: Seating surfaces on the disc and seat ring are hard-faced with 13Cr, SS316, Monel, or STL (Stellite) and precision ground to a mirror finish. Standard seal-welded seat rings eliminate potential leak paths.
