Description

1. Product Description & Application

Alloy steel pipe is a kind of seamless steel pipe whose performance is much higher than general seamless steel pipes. Because this steel pipe contains Chromium (Cr) inside, its high-temperature resistance, low-temperature endurance, and corrosion-resistant performance remain unmatched by other non-alloy pipe joints. The more extensive use of alloy tubes is seen across petroleum, aerospace, chemical, electric power, boiler, military, and other heavy industries.

The alloy steel pipe adopts high-quality carbon steel, alloy structural steel, and stainless & heat-resisting steel as raw material, manufactured through hot rolling or cold drawing processes. By adding different metal elements at specific ratios, the mechanical properties of the alloy steel are precisely optimized.

Primary Applications: Alloy steel seamless pipes are ideally suited for energy-related applications characterized by severe conditions. Key sectors include:

  • Chemical industries
  • Petrochemical industries
  • Energy-related applications (Power generation, Boilers)
  • Aerospace and Military Industry
